Custodi di un Territorio

Follalba Superiore di Cartizze Brut

Our territory is not easy: it took centuries to tame it and create that magical balance between Nature and agriculture that let our vineyards express themselves to their full potential. The 6 hectares of vineyards are like a mosaic of small plots with very diverse microclimates and composition of the soil.

This is the softest and sugary representation of our terroir. The Superiore di Cartizze Brut Follalba is a combination of freshness and roundness, without exceeding in sweetness. It pairs perfectly the seafood cuisine of Venice region: from shellfish to the typical dishes of the upper Adriatic coast.
